Belarmino Castellanos currently serves as the Senior Director of Customer Support & Command Center Team (Customer Care, Contact Center, Emergency Management & System Support) for Whataburger Restaurants, where he has served since 2000. With an extensive background in process improvement, customer experience management, management training, and research & development fields, Belarmino prides himself on providing solutions to everyday issues to optimize the business and the teams to better serve our guests, operations teams, employees (family members), all while protecting the brand.
His 50-person team serves our brand by building guest loyalty, serving as a central communication center to address restaurant technology needs, equipment failures, emergent threats to our brand, and mitigating business disruptions, in an effort to serve our 52,000 employees across 14 states. With over 25 years in the hospitality, food service, and retail industries (DoubleTree Hotels, Motorola, Luby's, and Whataburger), Belarmino is a thought leader in business continuity, food safety, quality assurance, and relationship management realms.

Tim Hines, a.k.a. “The Marketing Starter,” is a marketing evangelist, keynote speaker, podcast show host, and author specializing in developing omnichannel programs for disruptive brands and cutting-edge tech. With over 17 years of experience, Tim has developed strategic marketing initiatives with a multitude of industry-leading companies.
Tim has a passion for entrepreneurship and has started three companies – BTSocial, CurbNinja, and Pitch Training Camp – and has consulted and coached many entrepreneurs to develop marketing plans and hone their pitching skills.
Tim served on the Community Advisory Board for the Future Founders Foundation helping underserved youth explore entrepreneurship and is a graduate of the Startup Leadership Program. Tim also taught classes with the University of Illinois Institute of Entrepreneurial Studies program.
He is also a proud member of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) and the American Marketing Association (AMA).

Grant has been in the managed travel and meetings/events business for over 25 years, bringing a combination of enterprise travel consulting and experience in managing, leading, and directing companies. Working primarily with Fortune Global 500 companies, his expertise includes global technology and TMC services, program integration, GDS selections, travel program audit, RFP development, fractional services, and supplier management.
His focus and passions for client engagement, transparency in business, commitment to education, industry relations, brand strategy, and personal integrity are the talents Grant brings to each team member, supplier, and client.
In Procurigence, Grant has developed a brand offering expanded client services while maintaining a strong position of unbiased influence. Prior to joining Procurigence, his experience includes founding and managing Travel Consulted, two years with TCG Consulting, and as a founding partner with Consulting Strategies (13 years).
He has a solid technology groundbreaking history in the travel industry.
Grant serves as Chairman of GBTA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee has served on their Advocacy and their Travel Technology Committee, and has served as a featured speaker at over 40 Global travel industry events, including multiple presentations for GBTA’s Mexico and other chapters. He has been quoted and published numerous times in The New York Times, US Business Review, The Washington Post, Business Travel Executive, Business Travel News, and other trade publications.

A 20-year travel industry veteran, Maguire has spent most of his career leading mobility initiatives and developing key corporate and travel industry partnerships. In his current role at SpotHero, his goals are simple – to make life easier, our cities more accessible, and our world more connected. An enemy of the status quo, he’s on a mission to empower people to get everywhere, easier.
Maguire focuses his efforts as a member of GBTA’s DE&I Committee to champion the importance of being a diversity ally. He teaches that through education, awareness, and inclusion, we can all foster an environment where people from diverse backgrounds can feel empowered to bring their authentic selves to work. He coaches individuals and organizations on how to amplify their communication, connection, and confidence so they can make an influential impact on the world, while also participating in advocacy efforts to promote, protect, and advance the travel industry.
